INLEIDING.
Berna en ik maakten een rondreis door Engeland van 03 09
2015 t/m 28 09 2015.
Reinier reisde tot 17 09 2015 met ons mee, want hij gaat
voor een half jaar aan de Universiteit van Manchester studeren.Wij brengen hem
tijdens de rondtoer naar zijn studentenkamer: Maple court / Oakhouse /
Fallowfield / Manchester.

We reisden met onze Skoda Octavia en Bürstner Ventana
caravan.
We reden 3500 kilometer.
Op de heenweg namen we de Stena-line van Hoek van Holland naar Harwich.
Een dagovertocht van 14.15u. CET - 19.45u Greenwich time , want met een dag-overtocht was de
caravan gratis en daarbij hoopte ik ook nog leuke zeevogels te zien.
Terug vaarden we van Dover naar Duinkerken met de DFDS line.
Er is een uur tijdverschil t.o.v Nederland.
In Engeland is het 1 uur vroeger. ( Greenwich Time).
Geld: 1 Engelse pond = 1,40 Euro.
Wij vonden Engeland relatief duur tov Nederland.
Verkeer: In GB wordt links gereden. Dit was even wennen.
